Lovely welcome and friendly hosts. Clean, spacious family room, comfy beds. Great location for zoo/city centre. Recommended walking along canal for nice restaurants. Will return for zoo visit.

The lodge is conveniently located in the town centre, making it easy to explore the city on foot. It is also opposite a "Hungry Horse" pub, which is handy for grabbing a bite to eat or waiting for a taxi into town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern bathroom facilities. The breakfast offered is delicious and there is a good variety to choose from. The lodge also provides amenities such as tea and coffee, and some rooms even have a Sky HD box for entertainment.
The Wi-Fi signal in some rooms can be quite weak.

Everything was excellent, it had good wifi, nothing too much trouble. The full English breakfast was delicious, had lots of options. Its location was central, walking distance to All Saints. The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a great area.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated close to a variety of pubs in a nice area. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with ironing facilities and a comfortable sitting area. The amenities, including the heating and tea/coffee facilities, were top-notch. The hotel also provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a television with an alarm clock. The carpeted floors added a touch of luxury to the room.
Families will be pleased to know that this place is highly recommended for their stay.

Cosy design, breakfast was fabulous. The venue was set in the central position very close to bars and local shops and city centre. The staff did all they can for a pleasant stay.
The breakfast had n't been included in the price.
